The "Only Adult Zone" will be present on Corendon Airlines' flights between Amsterdam and Curaçao, which are scheduled to start on Nov. 3. 

According to the carrier, this area is for business travelers and other customers who are not carrying children.

Atilay Uslu, the founder of Corendon, bragged that the airline is the first Turkish-Dutch one to do so and that it is aiming to attract to "travelers looking for some extra peace of mind during their flight." 


There will be nine extra-large, roomy seats in this area, which will be in the front of the aircraft. 93 basic seats will also be available. The carrier added that the area will be totally divided from the rest of the plane by walls or curtains.

To reserve a seat in this area, a passenger must be at least 16 years old. Passengers will pay 45 euros for a one-way ticket for the basic seats. The price for the extra-large seats is 100 euros for one way. 

Uslu asserted that this section benefits "parents traveling with small children" as well.
